A reset code was requested before mail had a sender name

What happened

Forgot-password answered mail_not_ready because the project had no sender name. The pool itself was fine. The sender name is Relay now, and the form explains when a code cannot be sent.

Impact

Password reset delayed. Sign-in with the current password still worked.
