Relay is a working desk for a service on Harakumo. Rows live in edge SQLite, screenshots in object storage, similar failures in a vector index, board counts in KV, and answers stream back from the AI gateway.

Migrations on the edge
Two versioned migrations create the desk, then add impact and an audit log. The status page reports the schema version.
Vectors
Search by the failure, not the ticket id
Each incident is embedded when it is filed. Ask a question in ordinary language and Relay retrieves the closest rows before it answers.
Stream
An answer you can stop
The model streams through the edge worker. The browser never holds the API key. If the model is unavailable, the log itself streams instead.
What a request touches
File
A signed-in operator writes a row and a timeline event. The board-count cache is dropped.
Attach
The browser uploads straight to storage with a link locked to the file's size and type.
Ask
KV rate-limits the question, vectors pick the context, and the gateway streams the reply.
