Privacy
Privacy policy
This is a starting policy for the Relay demo. It is not legal advice. The project owner should review it for their country before treating it as a promise to anyone but themselves.
What Relay stores
If you create an account, Harakumo stores your name, email, and a hash of your password. If you file an incident, Relay stores the text, severity, service, status, and your email address. Screenshots are stored in a private bucket and shown with a short-lived link. Incident text is also embedded for search.
Questions
A question on Ask is sent to Harakumo's AI gateway along with the retrieved incidents, so a model provider may process that text. Relay stores only that a question happened, not the words, in a one-day cache entry.
How long
Rows stay until an operator deletes them, or the project is deleted. KV entries expire on their own (counts in seconds, rate limits in minutes, the last-answer marker in a day). You can delete your account from the account page; that removes the auth-pool user. It does not automatically delete incidents you filed.
Contact
Use the contact form to ask for a deletion.
